  1. Do you accept Walk-Ins?

Yes, however, we cannot guarantee that you will get in instantly. Customers that have appointments have priority, then it's on a first come-first serve basis.

  2. How late can I come in?

Please allow 1/2 hour for each service. For example, if you wanted just a pedicure, come in 1/2 hour before closing. If you wanted a manicure and pedicure, please come in a hour before closing.

  3. What is the difference between Gel Polish and Regular Polish?

Regular polish is most likely what you are used to having and/or have at home. It air-dries, comes off with nail polish remover, and is prone to chipping within a week. Gel Polish is a special POLISH, not to be confused with Gel POWDER used to create artificial nails. It acts and can be used like a regular polish, but it is cured under an LED light, which means no drying time afterwards. It is also resistant to nail polish remover - you must come in to have them removed - and it is chip-free for at least two weeks.

  4. Will Gel Polish damage my nails?

No, it should not. However, certain factors can lead to damage. Avoid picking off the polish at home, this can take off the top layer of your nail as the Gel Polish is designed to bond to the natural nail, come in and have them soaked off instead. Also, too much of anything is not good for overall nail health, this goes for everything - it's not specific to Gel Polish.

  5. Do you offer wax dip?

No, we do not. It is unsanitary, and we are not comfortable providing that service for customers.

  6. Do you offer waxing services?

No, although we are aware other nail salons provide these services; we focus on nails and toes at Rosy Nails.
